Mr & Mrs T desired to create open plan living at the rear of their house.

Instructing Core after a formal meeting we completed the works to the quality specification that was required within 6 months of starting on site.

The works included:

  • Taking out the ground floor joists and re-laying a subfloor, insulation and a fibre screed which encased a piped underfloor heating system.
  • Form a new gable end and pitched roof at the front of the property to enhance the appearance from the roadside
  • Source & install quality LPD Oak internal doors
  • Renew all plasterwork and upgrading the insulation
  • Supply & install over 40 meters of structural steelwork
  • Installing new anthracite grey aluminium sliding doors
  • Modernise all bathrooms and ensuite’s to the highest of standards
